Camp Allen NH Partners with NorthPoint Construction Management to Lead Comprehensive Campus Evaluation

Camp Allen NH has partnered with NorthPoint Construction Management (CM) to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the organization’s campus facilities as part of its long-term, master planning efforts.

As Camp Allen NH approaches its 95th season of serving individuals of all abilities, the organization is taking thoughtful steps to assess the condition, safety and sustainability of its buildings. Through this partnership, NorthPoint CM is providing professional expertise and services in-kind to complete a detailed review of each structure on campus and help identify clear priorities for future improvements.

The evaluation includes a detailed assessment of priority program spaces, including the camp’s Sensory Room, kitchen facilities and a couple of camper cabins identified as likely candidates for complete reconstruction. These spaces are central to both safety and experience while supporting campers’ sensory needs, daily operations and residential programming that fosters connection and independence.
