Kindness Is at the Heart of Camp Allen NH

Each summer, camps across the country celebrate Camp Kindness Day, an initiative of the American Camp Association that highlights the intentional acts of kindness happening every day at camp. It’s a celebration of compassion, generosity and care, and a reminder that even the smallest acts of kindness can have a lasting impact.

At Camp Allen NH, kindness is more than something we celebrate for one day. It is part of who we are.

We welcome and serve people of all abilities, creating a camp community where every person deserves to feel safe, supported and included. Kindness can be found in the helping hand of a counselor, the encouragement of a new friend, the patience to make sure everyone can participate and the joy of celebrating each camper for exactly who they are.

Alongside safety and hospitality, kindness helps shape the Camp Allen NH experience. It creates an environment where campers can try something new, build friendships, experience greater independence and simply enjoy being at camp.
